Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within 6–8 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed, communicated to the vendor/merchant, or dispatched for shipping.

  • Orders for perishable items (such as flowers, consumables, etc.) cannot be cancelled. However, refunds or replacements may be considered if the product delivered is proven to be of unsatisfactory quality.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our Customer Service team within 6–8 days of receiving the item.

  • The request will be processed only after the vendor/merchant inspects and confirms the defect at their end.

Product Not as Expected

  • If the product received differs from what was displayed on the website or does not meet your expectations, report it to our Customer Service team within 6–8 days of delivery.

  • After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.

Products with Manufacturer Warranty

  • For items covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement.

Refund Timelines

  • Once a refund is approved by NEOINFINIT, the amount will be processed to the customer within 6–8 days.
